What we do

How does Executive Home Lending protect my personal information?

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards, secured files and buildings, and restricted access to your information by authorized personnel only.

How does Executive Home Lending collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you:

  • Apply for a mortgage loan
  • Provide income or employment information
  • Give us your contact information
  • Allow us to pull your credit report
  • Provide bank statements or tax returns

We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, appraisers, and other companies.

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes, affiliates using your information to market to you, and sharing for non-affiliates to market to you. EHL does not share your information in any of these ways, so there is nothing to limit. The only sharing EHL performs is as necessary to process and complete your loan transaction, which is required to provide the financial service you requested.
