Alex Austin

Alex Austin has a passion for real estate and has spent his entire career in the industry. His experience includes residential mortgage financing, commercial real estate development, and private equity/venture capital. Alex has secured financing for a variety of property types over the course of his career, but he has spent most of his time becoming an expert in financing home purchases for would-be buyers. Alex is a distinguished mortgage professional who excels at originating a variety of loan types including: CONVENTIONAL, FHA, VA, USDA, JUMBO; as well as many specialty products for first-time homebuyers and investors.

Alex graduated from the University of Florida with a Master of Business Administration and also obtained a Financial Management degree from Clemson University. Alex enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and husky. In his free time, you can find Alex out on the golf course or on the boat at the lake.
